- Fees should be paid and cleared in advance.
- Any kind of Drugs, non-veg food, Alcohol or smoking in the premises of the hostel is Strictly not allowed will not be tolerated if doing so, Resident’s admission in our hostel will be cancelled and money will not be refunded.
- Any kind of act or behaviour constituted as ragging is strictly not allowed.
- No female guests allowed in the premises of our hostel.
- All residents are required to maintain high standards of behaviour at any given point. Any kind of abusive words in any language among the residents will not be tolerated and if any complaint received, strict actions will be taken against.
- The silent hours in the hostel will be from 12.00 pm to 6.30 am which should be observed by all residents.
- The rooms, common areas and surroundings should be kept clean and hygienic.
- Electrical appliances like microwave, electric stove, washing machine, television, gyser, fridge, Air Conditioner, fan should be used carefully and responsibly.
- Every resident of a room is responsible for any damage to the property in the room during his occupancy of that room and will be required to fund the repair, if any. He is required to fill in the inventory of the furniture and other items available and hand over the furniture & other materials in good condition when he changes/vacates the room/ hostel.
- All residents are expected to enter the hostel before 11:00 a.m. every day.
- Playing loud music, dancing or creating objectionable scenario either by my action, words or creating noise loudly to the level of indecency to disturb co-residents are strictly prohibited.
- Students are not allowed to bring any furniture from outside.
- Residents using their own vehicles should possess valid driving license, insurance, Vehicle RCTC and submit a photocopy of the same to the management at the time of admission. They should park their vehicle in the parking area only on their own risk in a proper way.
- Heating coils for water are strictly prohibited.
- Residents should switch off lights and fans when not in room.
- Residents have to vacate The Praj: The Luxury Living within 12 hours of the completion of the term / period and if not vacated as per term /period penalty of Rs 2000/-per day will be imposed till they vacate the hostel.
- Management reserve the rights to change the room and bed any moment within the term period and will be given similar type of bed and room, means if it is double sharing room then double sharing bed and room only will be given, and triple sharing bed, triple sharing will be given.
- The application form should be complete in all respects and should include the required enclosures. An admission is not confirmed unless full payments of all fees are made.
- Fixing any nails/posters/stickers anywhere in the hostel premises is strictly prohibited.
- The hostel will not be responsible for loss of money, valuables, books credit cards, mobiles or any belongings of the residents.
- Residents should lock their rooms when they are not in their rooms.
- In case of resident found Practicing ragging, or bursting or storing crackers, or any misbehaving with other residents / management or damage to hostel property etc. Their admission will be cancelled and money won’t be refunded at any cost.
- In case of illness/accident the Management should be informed immediately.
- The Management have the right to enter and inspect the room at the time without any prior intimation and issue necessary instructions, residents will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to the furniture equipment, television, fridge, induction, light fittings, utensils & many more other facilities provided to them. While leaving the hostel, student should hand over possession of items given to them to the satisfaction of the Management.
- All staff of the hostel should be treated with due courtesy.
- Management is not responsible for any accident or injury or any acts of students outside hostel.
- Fees will be taken for entire term /period and Fees once taken will not be refunded for any reason.
- Deposited fund will be refunded within 10 working days from the day of vacate of the hostel.
- Any misplace of any item of the student is totally their responsibility. The Praj will not be responsible for any loss of such kind.
- Utensils used by residents should be cleaned with water and kept properly after use.
- Male friends / parents / relatives are allowed for 2 hours in 15 days only in the living room.
- The Praj: the luxury living can change/ amend/ add rules in the rules & regulations as and when required.
- Every resident’s payments periods and fee structure can be different and resident should keep this information confidential and it should not be disclosed to others.
- The Praj: the luxury living will accommodate Jain residents at first priority but can even accommodate Maheshvari , Vaishnavs, Marvadis or any other cast provided they are strictly vegetarian only.
